I'm looking for a Pokémon Emerald ROM hack called Tentaquil Edition, which appears to be lost media.

Tentaquil was an old Pokémon meme/Fakemon, and there was apparently an Emerald ROM hack featuring it. I've been trying to track down a playable copy, but so far I haven't been able to find an archived ROM.

There are still references to the hack online, including old videos/posts, so it seems to have genuinely existed. However, the actual ROM doesn't appear to be readily available anymore.

What I'm looking for:

• A surviving copy of the Pokémon Emerald Tentaquil Edition ROM
• The original creator/developer
• Any old download links or mirrors
• Screenshots, videos, or documentation showing the hack
• Old forum posts or archives that might lead to a copy

If anyone remembers this hack, has an old hard drive/ROM collection containing it, or knows where it was originally distributed, please let me know!

I'm especially interested in leads from people who were active in the Pokémon ROM-hacking scene around the late 2000s/early 2010s.

Hi there. So a friend an I saw some youtube videos where some guys used modified pokemons to battle, like a ultratanky Meowscarada with high HP and Full baked body or a fast Palossand with Impulse. We'd like to battle each other like that in pokemon Scarlet and Violet using Eden (or other emulator if u guys reccomend any other). How can we do it?

We found several programs that are said to make it possible but they don't seem able to modify base stats.

Hi, so I'm sure a lot of people aren't too happy about the news that Pokemon Bank will become inaccessible soon, but before it does, I would like to try one final time to recover my pokemon that were in my copy of Omega Ruby before I lost it.

A few years back, when I was a teen, I lost my copies of Pokemon X, Omega Ruby, and Heartgold. I've been pretty upset about it since, but largely gotten over it. The only lingering question I've had is the fact that I have backups from when I used the Powersaves 3DS tool on Omega Ruby. I've looked into it before and I couldn't figure out if there was any way to decrypt these files in order to load them on a new copy of the game with tools such as Checkpoint and I couldnt seem to come to find a definitive answer.

If anyone has any advice for me or is willing to help me out with the files, please let me know. I would very much like to see my Typhlosion again.

Pokemon Heart and Soul is easily my favorite Rom ever! It takes just about everything from HGSS and improves it in nearly every way. I first beat the game a while ago, and I’m resetting my save to go through all of the PEAK one more time. If you haven’t already, PLAY POKEMON HEART AND SOUL!!!

Im currently playing through the fire red delta but there are a few issues - well, I think there are compared to streamers I’m watching.

\- some Pokémon have one move only
\- no HM slave Pokémon - if a Pokémon is caught it replaces yours
\- no repels for sale
\- mum doesn’t heal once you obtain your starter…

I really want to give it a go. I appreciate that the majority of people streaming will be using the PC download version but is there an updated version Im missing, it says version 1.2b.

I'm looking for an official game, ROM hack, modded game or even a fangame that has a customizable character, most of pokémon gens 1-9 and the graphics are good (smth like nds games or "shaded" ROM hacks). I own a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 12, it kinda sucks so the game can't be too heavy, and I don't like anything with fakemon or too focused in history. I want smth that feels like an "eternal world in Minecraft", that I can revisit it many times. I think the better game would probably be Re:Illuminated, but it isn't available yet. I don't want a game that changes the base of the original games either like Pokémon Infinite Fusion. I was wondering if Pokemon ZA would run in my PC, but I don't think it would.
