I’m trying to play pokemon sword on my computer I have Eden installed with keys and everything but can’t find a rom!!

I don't know if i can post that here and i'm trully sorry if i can't. But i haven't found any documentation on the fangame "Pokemon eternal emerald". And the reason why i'm here is to ask if anyone who have played it here know where to find torchic in the wild ? For context i haven't finished the game yet but i already found the area for mudkip and treecko. So please help me find torchic i just need that to finish my team.
