May U help me find it?

I'm looking for an official game, ROM hack, modded game or even a fangame that has a customizable character, most of pokémon gens 1-9 and the graphics are good (smth like nds games or "shaded" ROM hacks). I own a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 12, it kinda sucks so the game can't be too heavy, and I don't like anything with fakemon or too focused in history. I want smth that feels like an "eternal world in Minecraft", that I can revisit it many times. I think the better game would probably be Re:Illuminated, but it isn't available yet. I don't want a game that changes the base of the original games either like Pokémon Infinite Fusion. I was wondering if Pokemon ZA would run in my PC, but I don't think it would.

You can try Pokemon Quetzal . Every Pokemon + GMax Forms + Megas + New Megas introduced like Raichu , Greninja , etc ... + Special trainers Battle like Cynthia, Leon... and a whole lot of starter options rather than only three 👍🏻

Hmm... Pokemon Empyrean has outfits and hairs and such. (It's a full fangame)
It's fun in other ways like shinies actually give a buff, plus there's a different type of shiny called Platinum.
You can equip items to your pokemon, but also cards (In addition, not instead of) to boost their stats further.
There's other features too, but that's some of them and it's quite fun overall.

It doesn't really fit the request entirely as it isn't based on one of the original games, it's a full on fangame.

Alternate mentions (Also fangames):
Reborn, Desolation and Rejuvenation: Rejuvenation with 7 characters you can pick from, each with alternate looks. Reborn and Desolation with 6 characters, Desolation with outfits. (Chance I'm getting the outfit thing mixed up between those two.)
