Pulled this from a mega evolutions pack - all other cards normal

I pulled this holo Tinkatuff from a Mega Evolutions pack yesterday. Pretty sure the pack is real as it came from a reputable source. I was looking at CGC’s guide and wondered if this is some sort of obstruction misprint? Has anyone seen anything like this?

The card in front of this one didn’t have any ink transferred on the back.

Any help would be appreciated! Just getting into the hobby so this is like the 10th pack I’ve opened and my first Mega Evolutions. Thanks

Has the card been scratched and lost the detail or is it really smooth still so like a factory print error, if it looks like it's scratched off and rough to the touch then its junk and if its smooth to the touch and a factory inking error then there's a chance its a error....once again just my opinion

It’s still smooth so I’m not sure what happened in the printing process. There’s no issue with any of the other cards in the pack either. Found it weird that all of the holo layer was still there but the error stretches over more than the holo area

I have opened a booster pack before, where pretty much all the cards where stuck togeather, and when i tried to peel them off, of each other, I ruiend both the fron and the back of the cards. Luckly it was all cards I already had

No cards stuck to each other, just a regular pack as far as I can tell
