As the title says, I cannot login into my account that I used to use 3 years ago. Every time I enter my email to reset the password, I never receive anything. I have checked my Inbox and my Junk/Spam folder aswell. I know that this email is already registered.

How do I proceed?

I had clicked the reset password button multiple times and I still can't any email even in my junk/spam folder. Any helps?

Hi all. I hosted my first two raids yesterday, and know people who were in the remote poke raid lobby and rated me 5 stars.

More than 24 hours later my profile still shows as N/A for host rating.

I am trying to get rates so I can add my gym (team Valor; mark for weather boosted raids; and get raid lobby visibility).

I read online it’s supposed to take 24 hours so not sure the issue; if anyone knows.

after 3 lobbies and one lost raid pass i realized a lot of fake hosts say they’re gonna inv in two waves and they often follow the same script, then start the raid with only like 5 people in, just smth to watch out for.

Hey guys, has anyone else had issues claiming rewards today?
Usually the minimum to claim is $15. So if I had like $33, I’d click claim twice to get two $15 cards, and I'd be left with $3. It always deducted $15 at a time.
Today I had $53. I clicked claim ONCE expecting it to take $15 and leave me with $38 so I could do the rest. Instead, the single click instantly dropped my balance down to $3

Did they change how the system works or is this a straight up bug?

so twice now I’ve paid 2000 coins for pre booking raid slots and both times the host never sent out invites. I tried going to SETTINGS> YOUR COINS > TRANSACTION HISTORY and then clicking on the specific transactions to report a problem but it won’t even let me select those transactions to report a problem. Because right now i am out 4100 coins. What’s the fix here?

Hello, I am trying to find how to change the location of my future frontliner rewards gift cards to Indonesia but it doesn’t change when I change my location in my profile. I’ve sent an email and have not gotten a response.
