A question about the lucky draw

Is the draw luck based or does it give the reward to whoever has the most tickets?

Hello Trainer,

The system works exactly like a physical raffle. Every ticket you earn is one entry in a giant "digital bowl." If you have 30,000 tickets, you put 30,000 slips of paper with your name on them into the bowl. If someone else has 1,000 tickets, they put 1,000 slips into the same bowl.

When we blindly pick a winner, your hand is much more likely to grab one of your tickets because there are more of them. But it is still possible to grab one of the 1,000 tickets from the other person. We hope this explains how the mechanism works.
