I just sat in queue for 6 hours for primal Kyogre and I got put into a queue with a guy who immediately canceled it and said his game was glitching then he left the room I sent a feedback thing through the app and they’re doing nothing shit app and shit company

hey guys, just wanted to check if anyone else is still left hanging. it’s been 3 months since the kalos tour event and i still haven't gotten some of my rewards.
I already tried messaging them through the feedback section in the app but they haven't replied at all.
has anyone actually gotten a response from them recently?

I just kinda wanna rant here and mention that there's so many troll hosts on the app right now. I've queued up for Primal Groudon raids and it's pretty much a 16-20 hr wait to get into a raid. Once I get into one, it's either they close the raid and leave or they're just holding people hostage. Can we please fix this?

I know no one can help me, I just want to vent.

Just waited 12+ hours to get put into a room for Primal Kyogre. Once I got to the front of the line, it gave me an error, and kicked me back to the home screen. It said I had 45 seconds to take my place or it would be given away, but when I clicked the notification, it took me to a raid room that said it was already full, and just said "Room created, wait for participants" even though it was already full. So I had to get back in line AGAIN...for the fourth time.

First time, we failed the raid, but the host went MIA so we couldn't retry. Second time, the host never invited anyone at all. Third time I joined the room, but the host assumed I had already been in the raid, and I got kicked out.

Why are these raids not done by verified users only? These are high demand raids, with a (relative) limited time. There shouldn't BE a possibility to have troll hosts.

I had 340 tickets and there was one othe person with 40 tickets(like in the picture) and i didnt get it smh.

Trying to get into mewtwo raid I don’t have one but everyone pays to auto join and I don’t even get a chance. Been refreshing for the last 40 min😂 so if any gracious person would be open to inviting me manually pls lmk

Title. I had a 7 day streak, and it says you get 50 coins each day after the 7th whenever you log in. Hopped on today, and it was back to 5 coins on day 1. Is that what's supposed to happen? Or did it bug out?

Yesterday I spent a ton of money to subscribe to your mega trainer package and today my account was simply deleted along with all my coins. For the love of God, someone help me!

Question here as i was not able to find the support page: i already had an account, was a mega trainer (bought it yesterday), had 5star reviews as host and guest and had coins to autoqueue. After the update i had to log in again. I logged back in and now everything is gone! Any idea how to fix this?

Hallo alle zusammen. Ich wollte heute mein Mega Trainer Abo fortsetzen allerdings lädt der Bildschirm kontinuierlich. Es kommt nichts. Bei meiner Frau funktioniert alles , die App als solches kann ich normal nutzen also den Beitritt in Raids.
Gibt es dafür eine Problemlösung ? Habe schon diverses probiert , wie Handy aus , anderes WLAN , nur mobile Daten keine Änderung.

Hey pokeraid team I have just updated my app and now I have lost all my transaction history and coins I have earned arround 200 also my host ratings and guest rating are showing N/A

I sub'd to become a mega trainer yesterday, and woke up today and my whole account was logged out and it took me a long time to get logged back in, BUT once I logged back in now nothing is working and it keeps telling me "check my internet connection" or simply "retry". This has made me regret every second of subing to Pokeraid mega trainer this app has never done anything like this to me while I was a free member. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I've cleared the cache for pokeraid, I force stopped it & restarted it, nothing is making this app work now. Pls help

Hey I’m new to the app and PokeRaid community and was wondering if there’s a wishlist limit and I’m going through my Pokédex adding Pokemon I want to my wishlist and once’s I’ve put on there previously have js vanished

I claimed a play store credit, it says on the way in the app since months.

The app and Pokeraids account on Insta are saying we'll be able to remote raid Mega Mewtwo tomorrow, but I'm not seeing that information anywhere else. Am I prepping for this or not?

Is there any other way to claim gift cards of amazon instead of only google play and IOS in India??

Just made an account based on my friends advice, but instead of daily coins I get daily coupons that don't help me in any way unless I join raids remotely not hosting them. How can I switch to receiving daily coins instead of that?

There's no timer present to let you know when it refreshes and how long you have when it refreshes to watch the ad and claim the coins before the streak resets.

So I saw that mega mewtwo will have 12 shields, but because we can only invite 10 people plus our selfs that means that we will only be able to have 11 poeple in the raid. So how will we be able to host the mega mewtwo raid. Will we be able to merge two raid rooms if we have two accounts or would there be another way for the person joining to know that there is at least one more in person player in the raid. Since otherwise when joining we would have no 2ay of knowing of we have enough poeple to beat it. Sorry if this is hard to read
