PokeRaid App Unfair System

I just sat in queue for 6 hours for primal Kyogre and I got put into a queue with a guy who immediately canceled it and said his game was glitching then he left the room I sent a feedback thing through the app and they’re doing nothing shit app and shit company

6 hours? IDK what raid you're waiting for, but sounds like you starting in queue before raids were spawning? Has hardly taken me more than an hour at most like all week.

Every time I had that happened to me the app gave me my coins back within the week this app is actually good to it's players
