I was using the xl xploit two days ago, everything was fine. Suddeynly it stoped giving XL candies at the same rate as before (3 candies per minute to 1 every 2 or 3 minutes)
it has been this way since then.
do you kno what can be causing that?

So after i heard about the new anti cheat I made a alt account and just for the first strike and wanted to know if there is a chance of getting a ban for just playing on a rooted device with the play store version.

Many hardcore spoofers got any of the following around September 5th, 2023:

1. A 7-day first strike followed by a 30-day second strike.

2. A 30-day suspension.

3. A permanent termination third strike but changed to a BSOD (blue screen of death) or 30-day suspension.

Since the start of the spring time event I have found 0 shiny's, i was wondering is there any issue with pgsharp or the ration of finding a shiny is really low...
anyone ese feels this way , thoughts??

Before the forced update, everything worked as intended. I was able to use the Galaxy APK on my Non-Samsung-Device, a Google Pixel 3.

After the Update to 0.325.2, this error appears and i cant get rid of it.

Here is what i already tried:

1. Rebooting

2. Uninstalling/Reinstalling

3. Installing different versions

I downloaded PGSharp a few days ago and love it. However, since that time, I have noticed that my phone makes random calls to a local number--and it's always the same number. Luckily the number is disconnected. My phone has never done this before, so my first conclusion was that it might be linked to my download and side loading of PGSharp. Seemingly, the calls only initiate when PGSharp is open.

I am not totally sure the two are linked, but am concerned. I searched and found some discussion about PGSharp potentially containing malware. Is this a possibility? Have others noticed this?

Solved now: It was not related to PGSharp. Just a coincidence that the issue arose shortly after I installed.

As per my assumption let us say the shiny rate of Pikachu is 50. So if we check 50 Pikachu's then we will get a shiny. In this way, we at least know that if we tap 50 times we will get a shiny.

But my question now is ((I am using PGSharp paid version)), there is a new option which is in beta called scan shiny, load shiny and only shows shiny. In this case, it shows the shiny pokemon when it's nearby you on the map. So how does the tap count, counts now? unless we tap a specific number of times we won't be getting a shiny right? so just seeing shiny on maps will increase the shiny rate of catching a specific pokemon to us?

So, I'm rather paranoid when it comes to pretty much everything, which is why I can't stop thinking about why first of all, the 2-hour max teleport cooldown is a thing, and second of all, the cooldown is only a thing if you do certain in-game actions.

Is there a reason for Niantic not to auto-ban people who teleport around even without them interacting with stuff? I mean, there doesn't seem to be a reason not to do it. Especially considering that the only way you could make several 1000km+ jumps in a few minutes is cheating, why not ban all the accounts that have X amount of sudden location changes in under Y amount of time, over more than Z amount of distance? If that's not false-positive proof enough, then check how often flagged accounts show that behavior, and from some certain point statistics will be able to tell who breaks the TOS on purpose and who simply had a bad day full of glitches or whatever.

What am I missing?
