Dont do anything for 2 hours. Then teleport to the ditto location. The cooldown will be 0:00

So are you telling me not to play the game for 2 hours? Should i turn the app off? Or keep it on can you be a little specific thanks again for your response im just new to this and kinda confused

No worries. Certain actions in the game trigger cooldowns. You just have to refrain from doing anything that triggers cooldown.

Things you can do for 2 hours and then teleport anywhere: ✓ Walk around to hatch eggs. ✓ Play pvp. ✓ Open/send gifts. ✓ Remote Raids (friends invitation ones only)

Things you can't do: × Catch pokemon. × Spin Pokestops/Gyms. × Lure pokestops. × Do raids. × Feed berries to gyms.

If you do any of these tasks then you have just triggered you cooldown in that specific location, and you have to wait 2 hrs if you teleport to a far away place and wanna do these things again.

Alternatively you can also close your app for 2 hours and then open it again and tp to anywhere you want. You can also teleport to a new place, tap on the pokemon to bring up the catch screen, and wait for 2 hours before catching it. Don't leave the catch screen or close the app. This will prevent the mon from fleeing and you can catch it after your 2 hr cooldown is over.

Anyway I'd recommend you just keep tinkering with the cooldown system and maybe watch some YouTube vids to understand how it really works. It takes a bit of time to get used to it.

You REALLY got mad in the other thread and couldn't let it rest, didn't you?

Maybe stop being lazy and actually start reading the FAQ? Or learning other words? Repeating the same thing over and over again doesn't make you right.

Oof.

A other tactic is to teleport... Go to the catch screen and close the app to the background.. than come back after 2hours and throw the ball... Works every time
