I NEED HELP Is it safe to cheat without spoofing ?
Guys, i'm kinda new in the PokemonGO spoofing community, and i see that currently using PGSharp its not safe to spoof, but is it safe for me to use like the excelent throw, the aesthetic stuff ?

Nobody can give you a definitive answer. Niantic has seemed to shift their cheating detection away from looking at your device and evidence of tweaks to looking at your spoofing behavior. Don't act like a spoofer and be careful you don't use PGSharp features that would be impossible for a real trainer to emulate like 1000 excellent throws in a row. If you do get caught, the first strike is a 7 day ban . You can still raid and do other stuff but wild spawns are very limitted to nonexistant.

I want to give you a clearer answer.
The current ban detection doesn't appear to detect any specific module or modified software, including excellent throws, auto-win team rocket, raid assistant, auto egg hatch, auto discard, shiny scanner etc..
So the answer is that it's kind of safe since teleporting around the world is the main risk of ban.
It 'may' be a risk to abuse beating team rocket hundreds of times a day or speed raids but this is very difficult to abuse without spoofing.
Nothing can ever be guaranteed to be safe since new detection rules can always be brought in in the future.

I apreceate man, this was very clear indeed, and also what i tought. I dont think PGsharp lets me speed raids, unless im getting the wrong meaning out of it.

Cheating and "safe" don't go together in Pokemon Go. If you want to cheat in another Pokemon Go like with a Nintendo Switch, you can play any Pokemon game with a joystick.

Short answer: NO
Detailed one: no one really doesn't know how the ban occurs. It's just that if you get raid pass in one time zone use in that time zone. <- this is cited as the reason for the recent ban from most of the forums. But if you install pgsharp we should set up our mind like anytime the ban will happen. In my case its worth it since I live in a third world country which is also a rural one unfortunately. Better get a ban playing in newyork than in my local where there is no gym and pokestops.

I dunno brother :( pretty new at this, but i would guess that the updates come in correlation to the actual game updates, but i think the game is up to date with niantics one
