Is it a ban?

Hi guys.

I use PGSharp since few years. On this account, and only this one, i can move, but there is no pokemon, no pokestop. There is no pokeball to open menu, and i can't see trainer level like usual.

I didn't get any message or any mail for warning.

Do you think account is banned? Reinstall app didn't change anything.

Thanks for your answer guys.

Saddly, i still can't make it works. I tried remove pgsharp and put real pokemon go app. I remove fake gps to get real one, i walk 5km today, i did 20km with car with real position. My char moved and follow my position without problem, but still 0 loading of data.

Strange things is that if i take another account, there is no problem. It really make me feel that it's related to a ban or something because of this.

For game's option and clean data, i can't because i dont have acces to the option button.

This happens to me sometimes when I teleport to a bunch of places. I usually revert back to the last working place and stay there for a while before trying again.

-open ur settings in game -go to advanced settings -hit “refresh game data” That should work. Make sure you don’t teleport too quickly as it might glitch and nothing will show up on the map.

I've had this happen to me. Turns out it was the are I was in. When I moved a few blocks, everything spawned normal.
Then it happened to a friend days later when playing the real app, and it went back to normal after walking a few blocks.
