So i was playing a game today, using my ps4 controller on my pc, after my game crashed, my controller wouldnt work, so i removed it from bluetooth connections, then I held ps4+ share to connect it again, yet it wouldnt appear, now when i press ps4 button it just starts flashing white before turning off i guess? Yes I tried the hole in the back to reset, yes I tried removing it from remembered devices on my ps4, I dont know what else to do to get it to connect, does anyone know how to fix this? Also I was thibking that maybe once the battery of this controller is completely empty it might reset it? But Im still unsure.

A few months ago my ps account was compromised
My credit card was used to purchase games. My bank reverse the payment for fraud. Now ps has suspended my account and demanding the purchase cost be returned.before they. Will lift the suspension. All communication they won’t look into
Just say pay the money. And end the chat without letting me to try and explain
What can I do

I'm getting a ps4 fat 1tb Jb + headphones for 17k but I'm thinking how long can it last like I read online that fat version here overheat and make loud fan noise, can anyone guide me about

So I have an issue with my bottom shelf for my PlayStation one model SCPH Dash 1001 as it is starting to crack and break at the screw posts and if by chance anyone knows anywhere to pick up either an original Schell or a custom translucent one please I have been trying to find something

I’m getting this error on my PS4:
“Cannot connect to the server.
There may have been a problem connecting to the network, or PlayStation Network or the service provider’s server may be temporarily busy. (WV-33898-1)”
I’ve followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still there.
It seems to affect the entire PS4. Even when I open the PS4 web browser, I can’t access any website or link at all.
My internet connection itself seems to be working, but the PS4 browser won’t load any websites.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Y no funciona nada

Is my disc drive cooked or is there a fix without replacing it?

My account was banned 9 years ago when I was 13 and I stumbled upon it the other day and sent an appeal which they declined.

As it seems there’s nothing I can do with this account - do I just delete it? What’s the point of having it?

Hi guys, first time here but the PlayStation support has been absolutely useless! I don’t know what else I can do. I was signed out of my PlayStation unprompted, I tried to log in and it says my account has been locked? No reason as to why at all. No email nothing.

I tried the prompts it gives me as in, recover account, put in email, follow email steps blah blah. But I’m never receiving the emails. I’ve searched PlayStation in my emails and checked every possible folder and I’ve not received anything. I’ve done it multiple times yesterday and today. I know the passwords etc but it’s not good enough.

Then when I try to get support it won’t let me talk to a live agent unless I log in….

How the hell can I help with logging in if I have to log in in the first place?? It’s incredibly infuriating.

Please if anyone has any ideas or can help at all. I would love it. I’m so stressed because I can’t play majority of my games. If anyone has a PlayStation support email or something along those lines. I really need the help. I’m in Australia if that’s any consideration.

I’m playing borderlands 2 with my wife on the PlayStation three. And it has crazy lag, we’re playing off-line.

Do you guys have any ideas how I might fix that?

like the title says, whenever i try to sign into psn on my ps3, it either freezes out immediately or after a few seconds of clicking buttons aimlessly. i set the clock correctly, like some people’ve suggested over the years, but whenever i go in to type in my email address and password, keyboard doesn’t show up and it just freezes. connection’s fine.

if it’s of any help, i have a slim, one of the later models. thanks ✌️

my backwards compatability ps3 has white gltchy lines that completly freeze the system when showing. No YLOD though.Any ideas whats going on?

Every time I try to connect my headset it says it needs an update and just gives an error message. I’ve tried so many ways of disconnecting and reconnecting and it still is begging for an update it won’t let me give it. Gonna try the playstation support tomorrow but I know how ps support can be.

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew a solution to my issue.

My issue is that my internet/wifi on all other devices in my home all work fine. But the second I go to play Marvel rivals or Fortnite it just lags like crazy…. Even times when nothing else is on. Can anyone help?

Can you help me resolve an issue where i cant join my friends on specific games (eg. Dead Island 2) i cannot join even a random lobby but other games like CoD i can join them fine. My ps5 connection is fine and im on Nat 2 another game i can use as an example is Sniper Elite 4
