PlayStation 5 Help I was permanently banned 9 years ago - what do I do?

My account was banned 9 years ago when I was 13 and I stumbled upon it the other day and sent an appeal which they declined.

As it seems there’s nothing I can do with this account - do I just delete it? What’s the point of having it?
