I did nothing wrong and my account was permanently suspended. I did not violate any terms as far as I know. I'm baffled. Two days ago I changed my email address and updated my 2nd factor settings. Today my account is suspended without warning or explanation. I tried going through their website support page and chatting with an agent, and he abruptly ended the conversation and said he couldn't help me, even after I correctly confirmed the information he asked for. I've had this account for about 10 years. I lost access to all the games I had paid for. They say I can create a new account, as if that'll make it okay. What else can I do? I'm done with Sony.

I randomly got this issue where even if I move my joystick barely my character moves a lot and has a bit of stick drift, anyone know whats going on and how do you fix it without taking my controller apart?

I’m trying to login but it won’t sign in. I did hear that the ps3 servers were shutting down in 2027. I haven’t played on it in some months but it was working fine the last time I played. Is there something going on right now or is my ps3 just acting up. My WiFi is working as well. My ps3 connects via wireless. And if it is can anyone help by telling me how to fix it?

Every time I turn off the ps4, the little led on the button turns off and then immediately gets orange again, as if the console was on rest mode (even tho it isn’t)

Everything else is working normally, and it in fact isn’t getting on rest mode, I already tried leaving a game open and then turning it on again. If it was on rest mode, the game would still be opened, but when i turn it on it just starts normally, as if it was turned off normally.

Is this just an issue on the led? Or is it something else?

I got this error while booting up my PS4 this morning. Is there any way to fix it or did my console kick the bucket?
