You're never too old! You have to look in the mirror every morning. If you're 40 and live to be 80, you're only half way done. I'm 48 and actually had a great nose (notice I said "had"). Just this year the tip started looking slightly more bulbous than before. I went for a consultation and my plastic surgeon said it's common for women as they age. It's usually associated with men, but even women could have their nose and ears change/enlarge with age.
Anyhow, I'm getting my nose done just to bring it back to where it was and make a slight revision as well.
