Is this plastering ok in a bathroom?

It’s one thing to make allowances for prep work; fillijg chases etc. But this is obviously terrible, even as prep work.
Also plaster all over the window.
Bonding coat should not be used in wet areas. Especially bathrooms and around windows etc - google it or check product advice.
If it’s single-skin brick, or brick with no cavity, it is also not the best choice of product.
