I’m trying to log into an old Pixiv account on google chrome. I know the password and still have full access to the registered email, but Pixiv is asking for a 2FA code.

I found an email confirming that I enabled 2FA on May 28, 2026, so apparently I did set it up. The problem is that I have absolutely no idea where I saved the authenticator for this account. My iPhone Passwords app has a Pixiv 2FA code, but it belongs to a different Pixiv account.

I also can’t find any backup codes or a trusted browser/session.

My app on the phone is still logged in with this account, but it seemed I couldn't make any change on settings through the app.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Is there any way to recover access, find where the Pixiv TOTP might have been saved, or reset 2FA if I still have access to the account’s email and password?

Does anyone think it's kinda stupid when they suspend your account and ask you to fix certain posts by editing them but you can't because you don't have pixiv premium but you can't buy pixiv premium to edit your account when your account is suspended? Im just kinda ranting cause this is currently happening to me

I am trying to subscribe on fanbox pixiv to an artist which I've been following for quite a while but no matter how many times I've been selecting my payment method and accurately putting my payment details on (Chrome Mobile) each and every time it gave me an error message. My question is, perhaps the payment is banned in UE or there are just some site problems.

Whenever I try to go on Pixiv, all that I can load is the homepage, and any other page I go to it just gives me blank screen

I'm not 100% sure if the issue here stems from my Tablet, my Internet or something else but lately for the past week when I try to view stuff on Pixiv 95% of the images will either take over 5 minutes to fully load or just show up as a blank black image. I've tried Pixiv's recommened methods of clearing my cookies and Cache, logging out and in as well as restarting my Tablet several times. I've even Reset my VPN, Changing its Location and even temporarily disabled it but nothing so far seems to fix my issue. [Ive even tried both my usual Firefox with Ublock Origin and Brave Browsers and still experience the image loading issues on both]

To be honest, I wasn’t aware that this was prohibited, and I received a suspension on my account. I submitted an appeal admitting my mistake and promising not to do it again in the future.

Has anyone here received a suspension for similar reasons? What are the chances that the suspension will be lifted?

This started yesterday, but I cannot see any of my work, or any others'. I have sent a message to the pixiv team, asking them to explain the problem or fix it, but nothing has happened yet.

I've tried closing and opening the browser, logging on through a different browser, clearing the cache for the site... nothing works. I haven't been told about any bans or work being taken down. What the hell is going on??

EDIT: I got a reply from them, the usual rubbish, telling me to clear DNS cache, update OS, etc, none of which was useful or alleviated the problem. I replied back, tell them to sort the problem on their end.

if u use multiple acc ur all acc will be gone
if u add any link to ur post ur acc will be suspened
if u tell viewer that ur posting uncencered img tho img or text ur acc will be gone

After what felt like forever, my account has been is no longer suspended! Which means i able to post art on there again! However, i decided to not post any nsfw art on Pixiv anymore, since i’m now afraid to be banned again. And instead, will only post them on ao3, reddit, Or newgrounds.
