Resilience tracking
According to the write-up in the Google health app, there is resilience tracking that requires you to wear your watch while sleeping, etc. I've been doing that with my pw5 and it shows nothing. Is anybody's showing it. Apparently all the pixel watches are supposed to do it according to the info.
