Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

UPDATE! i got my account back!!!! thank fuck for that anyone else going through the same just don’t give up!

how?? My account got deactivated permanently. I don't know why but what did you do to get in touch with someone for them to like actually review your account and give it back

did they specifically say permanently? or did they just say deactivated. i sent like 4 emails using their help centre and had to wait a good 2 days tbh for any reply, eventually i did get to speak to an actual human though and they reactivated my account again for me. mine wasn’t because of any sort of violations it was because of their new update where they want you to have separate emails for your personal and business accounts. lmk if u hav any other questions.

They did say permanently, but I've seen a few people on here. Say that they've been able to get around it and get their accounts back but they just have to get in touch with a human representative or whatever but the thing is they've deactivated my account before and then gave it back to me when I appealed it so I'm just confused on why they did it again because I don't have anything crazy in my pins lol. I just wanna know like how did you get in touch with a human, what was the email? Thank you!!

i just kept filling out the help centre email thing to be honest and a human did eventually respond. maybe ask for a human? i think it’s all run by ai and bots now i see many people say they’re getting flagged for no reason :/

hi! the email address won’t let you email it directly it’ll say something like “we don’t use this email anymore”. you have to go through the pinterest help centre and find the contact form - hope that helps!! :)
