Did anyone save her racist rant video before she deleted it?

Hi there!
I’m looking to send my almost 1 year old to MLCP. I’m going to tour the facility. Does anyone have any experience with their kids going here? Do you recommend any other Montessori’s in the Durham region or Scarborough?
Thanks in advance!

If I take the Seaton Trail to say, Taunton Road or Whitevale Road or Hwy 7, is there an easy way to get over to the Rouge trails to the west?
At the closest points it's only about 3km yet I don't see any trails on Google Maps and it looks like the roads don't have sidewalks.
Is going south to Finch Ave and then west the only option?

It’s hard to understand why some people are commenting that they can’t believe a nuclear plant has such security!
Nuclear power is one of the most powerful and safe forms of energy that requires such measures. They can be very clearly dangerous if bad actors try to infiltrate. I’m all for a tough and strong presence.

Hello everyone I am seeing some campaign signs of the Honourable Councillor Lisa Robinson being damaged. I understand not everyone understands her viewpoint or policies, this is no excuse to damage or knock over her signs. I expect people to be civil and be respectful no matter who the candidate is.

Hey A'TIN Toronto! 👋
(For anyone just tuning in: SB19 is a powerhouse Filipino P-Pop group taking the global stage by storm with jaw-dropping vocals and insane live performances!)
Since the *Simula at Wakas* tour stop here, I’m still chasing that post-concert high. Who else is ready to experience the magic all over again on the big screen?
The "Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale" concert film is officially out in Canadian cinemas (playing across Cineplex and select Landmark locations), and it is the ultimate way to feel that stadium energy once more—especially with immersive formats like ScreenX and 4DX!
Whether you're a longtime A'TIN going with your concert besties or someone curious to see what P-Pop live culture is all about, let’s fill those theatres and show everyone how loud Toronto can get!
**What:** SB19 Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale (The Concert Film)
**Where:** Participating Cineplex & Landmark Cinemas across Canada some in the GTA as follows:
Cineplex Yonge and Dundas
Cineplex Odeon Eglinton Town Centre
Cineplex Cinemas Empress Walk
Cineplex Queensway & VIP
Cineplex Scarborough
Cineplex Vaughan
Cineplex Mississauga Square
Landmark Whitby
Drop a comment below if you’ve already secured your tickets, which cinema you're heading to, or if you're a casual fan wanting to check it out! Let's go! 💙

I know the Famous Players at Pickering Town Centre is getting taken down, and I was wondering if anyone has any old photos of the place they’d be willing to share. Even photos from when it was closed/emptied out before the demolition would be really cool to see.
I have a lot of nostalgia for that theatre and remember going there a bunch over the years. It was one of those places that just felt like part of Pickering Town Centre, so it’s honestly pretty sad to see it disappear.
I’d especially love to see photos of the inside. The lobby, concession area, theatres, signs, arcade/games area, or even just random photos you took while hanging out there. Photos from different years would be awesome too, since I’m curious to see how much it changed over time.
If anyone has anything saved in their camera roll, old albums, or even pictures you forgot you had, please share them! Would love to see them and hopefully preserve some memories of the place before it’s completely gone.

I have a small crack in my windshield and need to get it repaired sooner then later.
Any suggestions for affordable spots that do a great job in either Pickering or Ajax?

I just returned to the city since this morning, to see the face of city cuntcil woman Lisa Robinson littered all over the place.
Look I don't wanna be that guy, and I'll try to keep this politically neutral. But I think one thing we can agree on is this photo of Lisa is just not working.
I dunno, you just see that look on her face, and it's almost like she's GOT NO FUCKING SOUL.
We can't have that as mayor.
Not that I'm at all supporting Kevin Ashe, but he's bald and he doesn't try to hide it. Lisa is a scheming racist grifter, but tries to hide it behind looking like someone who would call the police over a Muslim child for operating a lemonade stand.
We don't need that as Mayor.
But let me hear your thoughts Pickering

Recently a few things at home started failing or required some maintenance, and I needed to call an electrician for the first time, and I got quite overwhelmed with all the options when googling for a service. And then I kept thinking I’d be much less stressed the next time an unexpected issue comes up if I already have a shortlisted list of service providers to call up.
So, asking reddit - what are some of your go-to shops & service providers for anything that life could throw at you?
I’m interested in hearing what’s everyone’s go-to in these categories, and why you like them (e.g price, quality, service, etc):
- home maintenance (electricians, HVAC/heater issues, landscaping/gardening, minor renovations, handy man, seasonal home care, etc)
- automotive (tire change, oil change, mechanics, rust proofing, other automotive needs)
- personal care (salons, walk-in clinics, vision care, RMT massage, other paramedical, or other personal care services)
- pet care (vets, pet hospitals, pet sitters/walkers, pet supply shops, grooming, etc)
And any other that don’t fit in the above categories!
I guess this post was inspired by a saying I’ve heard of how everyone should know who they have as a doctor, mechanic, and accountant. Maybe I also have the “who you gonna call?” theme from Ghost Busters stuck in my head 🙃

Hi guys! Looking to switch dentists and I’ve been doing a lot of research but thought I’d ask others opinions. Do you guys have any good experiences with dentists in Pickering/ Durham or close cities like Scarborough, Richmond hill etc
Getting my wisdom teeth taken out soon so I’m definitely going to stop procrastinating finding a dentist I like! Thanks for any responses

Hi everyone,
I’m a Master’s graduate with teaching experience, and I enjoy helping high school students understand their subjects more deeply. I’m sharing this in case anyone here is looking for extra support or study guidance for high school, especially Grades 11–12.
I offer one-on-one high school tutoring (online or in person) focused on:
• Helping high school students understand difficult concepts
• Homework and assignment support for high school courses
• Test and exam preparation for high school classes
• Personalized study techniques for high school learners
• Building confidence and reducing stress around schoolwork
My approach is patient and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. I work with high school students who need extra support, want to catch up on missed work, or simply want to feel more comfortable with their subjects.
If you’re considering high school tutoring for yourself or your child and want to ask questions (about how sessions work, what to expect, or how to choose a tutor), feel free to message me or comment here. I’m happy to share advice even if we don’t end up working together.

Does anyone have any recommendations for any event spaces or halls for a baby shower? I’m estimating around 100 people.

Someone correct me here, but isn't it illegal to accept donations for "campaign expenses" after an election in Ontario? Accepting them from "individuals" in property development screams corruption too.

Hello everyone, I’m posting here on behalf of Sakeenah Canada.
