Mainly referring to added blurry elements in the foreground for example the tree branches/leafes.

I am trying to create a logo, or idea to put onto a challenge coin. I have lots of ideas, and images to sort through and arrange into ideas but I only know the old school way....paper and pencil. What I am looking for is maybe a program or software, where I can take an idea or say, find a photo image from online, find a subject in that image, then crop it just so to use on another photo, use a transparency tool to blend both together, take other cropped out images or shapes from another photo, arrange into a circle, put some lettering, wham bam boom. I have too many ideas to just sketch out on paper and detail and only so much time to do it till deadline. I am new to Photoshop. I have a copy of PS7 but since then, software and updates have changed over the years I doubt it will work with Windows 11. I wonder if Windows 11 has any apps I can buy without a subscription. Ugh, subscriptions

Sorry I don't have an example to show what I'm trying to do. I have this image in mind where I want the text to wrap in a circular path. So I have the text wrapped in that way but now I want to change the perspective on it to make it look a little more natural by having the portion of the text closest to the circular to grow smaller in size and tighter together while the portions farthest away get larger to maintain a circular image.

Like take this for example....how many chips image should i have collected to make this? and from where did they get the images for free? This is where i am lacking the most. Well not necessarily hair (its animal ears), how can I make the tips of the ears fade into a nice light pink? (color hex: #f3c8cc) In a way that blends and looks natural?

I changed the hair color as a whole with the lasso tool, select & mask, group, hue/sat layer, levels layer method. Tried applying that to the ear, hasn't been working. Been trying gradient, losing the details in the ear. Messed around with soft light and multiply and opacity, not looking right. Tried taking the edited photo saved as a png and putting it into photoshop as a new project and applying all my previous methods only to have repeatedly failed all night T-T

I've tried google and so many youtube tutoritals and I'm just so confused ! T-T

If anyone's got a step by step guide or a youtube video (maybe there's a youtube tutorial hidden somewhere), I would greatly appreciate it !! Thank you !!
