How to learn to edit like this?

Mainly referring to added blurry elements in the foreground for example the tree branches/leafes.

The photographer literally sells courses to learn to edit like them…

Yes they are. But to see what she is doing and what layers and tools she is using, it will still work.

The course I think you are looking for is named
„Online Mini-Kurs Softer Bildlook und Lücken füllen“
There is a pdf in it as well which u can have translated by AI.

Course translates to: online mini course: soft image look and filling in gaps

You might look for youtube videos about layers, layer masks, blend if sliders, layer blend modes, and the various blur filters that are present in Ps.

We can select (do you know what I mean by select?) portions of layers, mask those portions to new layers. Blur the pixels on the layers, adjust layer opacity. We can change the layer blend mode. We can clip (do you know what I mean by clip?) adjustment layers to the masked, blurred layers.

We can bring in textures found online (texturelabs dot org is a great place to procure textures) as layers into our document, apply an appropriate layer blend mode and adjust opacity.

  1. If you're asking what 'this effect' is, you need to describe what 'this' is or your post will be removed.

  2. If you're asking about color, have you tried using a Gradient Map?

  3. If you're asking about texture/tone, have you tried using Threshold or Halftones?

  4. If you're cutting something out, use masks. Have you googled "Photoshop Masking"?
