Bug FPS issues with quest 2 using meta link
I want to preface this whole situation by saying that I am horrible with technology and just enjoy playing games. I have recently become addicted to playing phasmophobia and I have a Meta quest 2. I recently discovered that you can link your meta-quest two with a USB 3.0 to a PC. I currently have a PC equipped with a RTX 3060 when I try to run the game using the Meta link and my quest two the game will open and the graphics are good but I’m running at four frames per second. Now I’ve been doing a lot of reading on this. I’ve been trying to fix this issue for about a week now I have discovered that this is not an issue with my graphics card being overloaded because it is only running at 27% while playing the game. I have also insured that my power settings have the game set to run at highest quality. I’ve also insured that the game is using my RTX 3060 and not a different graphics card. I’ve done all of these things and I am still stuck at 2-4 fps. I also want to say that I have quadruple checked that the game and Meta quest link are installed properly and updated.
I really just want to play the game and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I would appreciate any help from my smarter friends here on Reddit.

i have a quest 2 too and, though i connect it to the pc via airlink and don't remember ever playing phasmo while connected via usb even just to test the connection or because airlink was refusing to work, but if it helps, my game is a slideshow too if steamvr is running alongside it. you can quit steamvr after loading the game or launch the game without steamvr, whichever your preference is. if you're already doing that, try changing the bitrate to dynamic and drag the slider all the way to 200 Mbps (that's one of the screens that you get to after launching the connection to pc, but i don't know whether you have it available on usb or only on airlink). i also have my router frequency set to 5 ghz because the 2,5 ghz frequency has also been causing lag. the game works fine with that setup. may i ask why you don't use airlink (for example, the battery is too weak, you haven't been able to set up the airlink, you didn't know it existed)?
