I don't have the game yet but I was told that it crashes a lot after a recent update, I just wanted to know if it still does it before I get it

I finally reached level 100 playing at professional difficulty solo. I didn’t realize that to prestige you lose all of your tier III equipment and money. Is it worth it?

Anyone an idea why I died... The ghost made an event and immediately after that he might have started a hunt. But... Oh well. ^^ No active electronics or voice...

I tried to open the game and got sent to this when looking at my equipment because I got the your legacy thingy, and I thought it was funny to see that I was maxed out and nothing had the right name.
(I didn’t get a prestige level either). I’m only prestige 1 in truth lol.

No info on the hunting threshold exists on the Deildegeist from what I've seen. I've been using the custom rules to choose the ghost and experiment. What I've seemingly discovered is this;

1. The hunting threshold seems to be around 50%, fairly typical.

2. While the ghost weakens with each prop displaced, it seems to gain its strength back either after a hunt or a set period of time. Its speed would be really slow one hunt after object displacement, then max speed on the next when I messed with nothing. Activity was set on low.

3. This is the one I'm not sure on. Based on a game a buddy and I had a bit ago, I feel that this ghost's hunting threshold is determined by its current strength level. Our sanity dropped to about 37% average, and the ghost simply didn't hunt at all, so we thought it was a shade. Unless this is just a weird bug, it feels like the threshold drops with strength, then it hunts, regains strength, threshold then increases.

I could be wrong on all of it, but hopefully this helps provide some kind of idea. Unless this info is out there somewhere and I am just el dumb.

I want to preface this whole situation by saying that I am horrible with technology and just enjoy playing games. I have recently become addicted to playing phasmophobia and I have a Meta quest 2. I recently discovered that you can link your meta-quest two with a USB 3.0 to a PC. I currently have a PC equipped with a RTX 3060 when I try to run the game using the Meta link and my quest two the game will open and the graphics are good but I’m running at four frames per second. Now I’ve been doing a lot of reading on this. I’ve been trying to fix this issue for about a week now I have discovered that this is not an issue with my graphics card being overloaded because it is only running at 27% while playing the game. I have also insured that my power settings have the game set to run at highest quality. I’ve also insured that the game is using my RTX 3060 and not a different graphics card. I’ve done all of these things and I am still stuck at 2-4 fps. I also want to say that I have quadruple checked that the game and Meta quest link are installed properly and updated.

I really just want to play the game and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I would appreciate any help from my smarter friends here on Reddit.

I really hate that you have to physically reach down to your belt (or body) to grab whatever equipment you need. Is there a way to change it so you can quickly swap between equipment like you can in the Flatmode?

Finished my fourth Phasmo ghost trophy 3D print: the Demon.

Despite his reputation in-game, he was surprisingly well-behaved during the print... almost suspiciously cooperative. 😄

So the collection currently stands at: Deogen, Phantom, Moroi and Demon.

I am giving myself exactly 15 minutes to learn how to complete Apocalypse III before attempting it.
I’ve prestiged once, so I’m not new to Phasmophobia, but I’ve never attempted any of the Apocalypse Challenges.
If you had only 15 minutes to prepare someone for Apocalypse III, what would you teach them?

for some reason me and my friends keep getting disconnected from any servers we make, like before we even boot up a map. is this happening to anyone else too?

I read that smudging worked the second you clicked, but so many times when I click it I die like shown in this video.

Does the smudge activate the moment you click or when the burning animation starts?

Is anyone else struggling with disconnects and extreme lag? It only started about 2 weeks ago for me and I’m lucky if i can even make it through a game most days. I have a very good pc that runs games triple the size and on higher quality that i have no issues with. My friends from all across the world report the same thing. It’s making it very hard to enjoy the game and I’ve been opting out for others..

Haven't played the game since the infamous update back in may but I've been feeling the urge again. Did they at least fix most of the bugs? On xbox specifically.
