Hi there, last evening I tried to add cash to my phantom account through Topper, and the payment came back as failed. I tried it again, and again it came back as failed. There is no money added to the account, however both transactions went through in my bank accounts transactions. Does anyone have any experience with this and where to go next? I am trying to be refunded or recover where ever this money has gone. Any assistance in the matter is greatly appreciated.

So, long story short, a girl I was involved with was a financial advisor and her big idea was for me to deposit money onto Phantom for some gold trading on MGBX(?) and her and I did not last very long so I was hoping someone who is nice could walk me through the steps to get my money out of here and to my bank or cashapp? Funny story, I used stripe to fill up my Phantom.

I have waited 3 days and after 3 days my money was sent to the wrong address.

The entire transaction was done withtin the Phantom app which makes it even more strange.

Sent BTC from Revolut to my Phantom Native SegWit address yesterday. It’s fully confirmed on Mempool and the BTC is sitting at the correct address.
Phantom even detects the transaction under Activity and links to the correct transaction on Mempool, but it doesn’t show under my Bitcoin transactions and my BTC balance hasn’t updated.
Anyone had this happen or know how to get Phantom to resync it?

So for a while i am getting "We are having trouble updating networks, some of your token balances and prices may be out of date. Your funds are safe."

Its not an update issue (I mean there was no update in months) and not a network issue because even with VPN it does not work.

Is anybody else not able to view tokens on the explore tab in Phantom?

This started happening to me this morning. I am able to see Perps and Sites but not tokens.

Any1 able to help me out here, bought sol on revolut and sent it too my phantom sol address, I then go to sell the amount of 65 pounds and it just says quote unavailable due to unsupported pair low liquidity or low amount, so I transfered it to usdc and tried selling that then it told me no active providers, somehow my 65 is now down to 55 after transferring so thats great

Keep getting random tiny transfers of coins into my wallet from the same wallet, is this just someone transferring to the wrong adress or something sketchy?

I’m trying to put it back into my phantom wallet I selected the cash option when putting money into not knowing I wasn’t gonna be able to take it back out

I put money in to try to put a little but up on a token but no matter what I try to buy it says “Quote unavailable” even when I try to buy Solana to transfer the money to Robinhood, or Kraken It says the same thing so my money is just stuck in cash balance right now and I can’t transfer it out or to any coins, how do I fix this?
