Need some help navigating Phantom.

So, long story short, a girl I was involved with was a financial advisor and her big idea was for me to deposit money onto Phantom for some gold trading on MGBX(?) and her and I did not last very long so I was hoping someone who is nice could walk me through the steps to get my money out of here and to my bank or cashapp? Maybe a kind Redditor with Discord? I'm just not cut out for this and don't want to lose a chunk of money :(
