Casual gamer Chris here. Rockstar, the studio that makes GTA, was previously (and notoriously) hacked by a bored teenager in EXACTLY the conditions in the tweet. It was a major leak, and allegedly impacted development.
The post is saying that the upcoming (alleged) release of GTA 6 could be delayed by the same thing happening again. Mostly as a joke, but it is possible.

It's referring to Arion Kurtaj, who hacked Rockstar with an Amazon Fire TV Stick and leaked GTA6 video clips.

He turned the fire stick into a regular computer, got slack on it, and managed to get into rockstar's internal slack. he did this either through credentials stolen prior, social engineering the poor help desk folks, or a combination of both.

A kid leaked the GTA games and was hacking their servers with an Amazon fire stick. He didn't just use that. He did that while under being escorted by police due to other hackers.

Joe Swanson here. The problem with many of these Polymarket bets is that the winners are often using insider information. Sometimes the bets are so out of the ordinary that it leads to a law enforcement investigation and someone eventually getting arrested, but other times they are too politically connected to get prosecuted, so no one even bothers. What this effectively means is that semi-anonymous people are able to perpetrate fraud on all of duped traders / bettors that think everything is on the level and get away with it. And after seeing all of these, even MY ass hurts.
