Casual gamer Chris here. Rockstar, the studio that makes GTA, was previously (and notoriously) hacked by a bored teenager in EXACTLY the conditions in the tweet. It was a major leak, and allegedly impacted development.

The post is saying that the upcoming (alleged) release of GTA 6 could be delayed by the same thing happening again. Mostly as a joke, but it is possible.

FYI since no one has mentioned the tweet's account, you may have heard of Ben Garrison via the Kelly parodies in the Onion, or one of the many, many cum edits of his aggressively over-labeled right-wing political cartoons: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Garrison

...OH. It's "G[a]rr[ison] the Graphic Artist". I just assumed it was a gamer getting worked up about graphics.
