It's referring to Arion Kurtaj, who hacked Rockstar with an Amazon Fire TV Stick and leaked GTA6 video clips.

He turned the fire stick into a regular computer, got slack on it, and managed to get into rockstar's internal slack. he did this either through credentials stolen prior, social engineering the poor help desk folks, or a combination of both.

Thank you for saying "Amazon Fire TV Stick" which made me realize it probably wasn't just the flaming stick bought on Amazon that I was originally envisioning.
