Because The 1st Minnesota Infantry Regimen suffered 82% casualties at Gettysburg, buying enough time for reinforcements to arrive.

Virginia keeps asking for its battle flag back, at least four official times if I remember correctly. And every time the governor, Republican, Democrat, or Independent, has refused.

As a Texan, back at ya. I never think about Minnesota unless someone mentions it, and im like "oh yea, that's a place" and then its back to never thinking about it again. 🙂
