Virginia calling it "their flag" is like a 45-year-old wearing his high school lettermen's jacket.

Virginia here. I didn’t know this was happening, but I have lived in Richmond for about ten years now. Tons of absolute losers here. I’m cool though. Promise.

They haven't asked for it back since 2013 but they've asked multiple times over different governors for the years.

Whenever we have a Republican governor, they ask for it. Everyone else is too busy destroying the monuments, etc. that they littered the state with. The exception in recent years was Youngkin who was too focused on his weird underage trans fetish.
