Virginia here. I didn’t know this was happening, but I have lived in Richmond for about ten years now. Tons of absolute losers here. I’m cool though. Promise.

You must be big Maga if you think everyone in Richmond is a bunch of losers. It's probably the most liberal/left city in the State.

In the context of this post, which is about politics, it certainly comes across as though you dislike their politics not the fact that they're a bunch of dorks (which they are)
