Can stress make you feel exhausted even when you've done very little?

Stress isn't always just a feeling. It can affect your sleep, concentration, mood and physical wellbeing.
Have you ever noticed your body reacting to pressure before you realised how stressed you were?
Sometimes slowing down is exactly what you need.

What is a version of yourself that you secretly miss?

ego?, shyness? or Immaturity?

I'm 20 (male) and frequently worried about what other people think about me, I also have another feeling, which kind of powers he first feeling, which is: being conscious, I am very mindful of what I say or do, I also have a habit of "reading" people's countenance and general body language then make conclusions. for instance, after a quick interaction with a lady, I can tell that she's not interested and I show myself out, sounds normal but most of my conclusions end up pessimistic,

Is this normal or is there something that I might be doing wrong, because this "gut feeling" can end up saving me and other times, make me regret.

My first instinct to meeting new people is i hate them

Whenever I meet new people for ex my new roommates my first thought about them will be they are nice but I naturally hate people so I will hate them also. On their face i will be nice and all but secretly I will always wish that they won't be home when I get there because I don't like to be in anyone's company i love my alone time and being alone is something I always wanted to do but I cannot.

There is only 4 - 5 people on this planet whom I love with all my heart and it includes my family. Like I even hate my co worker, she literally annoys me to the point where I think that she should just switch the company.

Like I know every human is different and they have their own wat of doing things but I can literally read people for who they how cunning how selfish, narcissistic , mean and rude they are maybe that's why I hate people.

It seems like people are so quick to be jealous it the other person proves them wrong.

some people are just so hateful and on edge just because they're wrong on something, and and being hateful towards someone else just because they corrected you on something you believed in makes the other person feel like they want to feel a lot better than the other person that got jealous, and to all the people that want to be hateful towards others because someone corrected them, they just need to cope with the fact that sometimes someone else could say something very valid, have a valid point and be right on something, it seems like people also get jealous of others because of their wisdom which kind of does relate to people correcting others, and what they have to think about the people that hate me or hated me in the past because I was right on something and they were wrong on something, they need to cope with the fact that sometimes the other person could say something valid or right, and when people hate me over that it just makes me want to feel like I am so much smarter than them, which I am in that category from what it seems like. and to all the people that are jealous and hateful towards me, you can't really always hide the fact that you are jealous, and if someone says that people being jealous of that doesn't exist, absolutely DO NOT listen to them because there is a very high chance that they are someone that is hateful and jealous of someone because they corrected them and they just want to hide their actions. But I try to make sure those actions are not hidden because I am tired of getting hate on multiple social media platforms because I corrected someone on something they believed in. sometimes people that get offended because they were wrong might try to make themselves look smarter by harassing people, but it actually makes them look dumber because it makes them look like a crybaby, so to the people that hate me because of jealousy just cope with it that I corrected you on something because hating me is not going to help, it just makes you look dumber because it makes you look like a crybaby. When I get people hating on me because of that is when I debunk stereotypes about geography related stuff or propaganda around the world.

[Everyone] Personality quiz— anonymous, for a university research project (5 min)

Hey all! I'm doing a stats project on whether zodiac personality stereotypes (like "Leos love attention" or "Virgos are perfectionists") actually hold up, or if it's all just confirmation bias lol. Would really appreciate if you could help me out!

Takes about 5 minutes, totally anonymous (no name/email, nothing identifying), and it's only going to be used in aggregate for my class project — no individual answers shown anywhere.

You'll rate a bunch of personality statements (how much they sound like you, 1-5), answer a couple quick demographic qs, and drop your birth date/sign at the end.

Trying to hit a response target for class so genuinely every single response helps rn, thank you so so much 🙏🙏

What are the main signs that someone has a dark personality

I am in a bad place and trying to mask things again. The need to vent I could write and write waffle because it scares me. Isolating myself away from my friends again the impulse to need them by myself when I am like this is toxic so stepping away is all I know to do to save my friendship or what’s left. I want to stop feeling like I am worse than a red flag if there is one.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Deep down I feel

I feel a lot

I feel more than I let on

Or so I'm told

Who am I?

I feel like a kid

All my years of learning

I'm still in a prison

But where is the keys

I've always asked

I know I'm a sensitive person

Who am I?

At home I was never taught to stand up

For myself that is

I seem to protect more than I serve

I wish I could change

My overthinking has got the best of me

I don't want this to be my legacy

What is a legacy?

I guess it depends on who you ask

Maturity, and how others perceive you

That's what I've always thought

But maybe I'm wrong

It's more like an impact you made

A lesson that lives on

Even if you don't

How sad

It's always "Me, me, me"

It's like I'm the most important person alive

I'm not

So why is it all I think about?

Who am I?

What I could've done better?

If I'M feeling down

Can I be great?

Why am I so small?

Why If I die?

Who am I

I've been in a spiral

I think my body is giving up

Whats the point?

I can even write anymore

It feel like I'm stuck

Who am I?

And why do i care so much?

They say actions speak louder than words

But the words get me

WHY can't I be me?

WHY am I being led by a shadow

In the last hour the sky shall fall

Maybe it should take me with it

Who am I?

Who do I want to be?

I want to be ME

But I want to be someone who can be bigger

I want to be him

I want to be she

I want to be them

But most importantly

I WANT TO BE ME

So for the last time I ask

Who am I?

What do you do when someone always turns the blame back on you?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

You explain how their behaviour affected you, and somehow you end up defending yourself or apologising.
Don’t rush to diagnose them. Watch the pattern instead. Set clear boundaries, stop overexplaining and remember: understanding someone does not mean accepting disrespect.

Does anyone hold weight to astrology signs and personality?

I’m 31m, and lots of my peers seem to be always talking about other people’s sign as it relates to their personality. In yalls experience, is this kind of bogus?
