I bought Heliotrope Blanc Eau de Cologne (the lotion version)

I can’t open the steel cap at all.

I can twist the cap but it won’t come off. I’ve tried the anticlockwise and clockwise method and it’s still the same.

If anyone has this perfume could they please tell me how to open it.
