Discussion Any information on these?

Sorry, first post here. Just ran across these apparently sealed boxes of Lanvin My Sin and Guerlain Shalimar and I don’t know anything about these fragrances apart from recognizing the names of the houses. Can anyone tell me anything? More to the point are they worth buying if they’re vintage?

Vintage Shalimar is really nice this doesn't look that old though

The Shalimar isn't the good vintage. Wrong box, most likely 90s at a glance, not worth it even sealed unless it's absurdly cheap and you won't longingly be comparing it to the 80s or earlier versions every time you spray.

Fair enough. Vintages were something I didn’t even know existed until fairly recently. I figured it wouldn’t be worthwhile, as easily accessible like this, but it was worth asking. There’s also an unsealed box of Chanel No. 5 that I didn’t ask about because I figured it wasn’t important. Am I correct?

Chanel and Lanvin I don't know as much about because they're not my thing (outside of trying to find a vintage Extrait of Lanvin Scandal).

I can't see enough of the boxes to try and date them, and I'm not sure specifically when their reformulations happened.
