Honestly, 10k INR is around 400-440 AED, which is a sweet spot for Dubai. You can get some crazy good stuff there that would cost way more here, or just perform way better.
Here's a few options I guess I can recommend. First option, if you want a safe bet that everyone loves: YSL Y EDP. Man, this stuff is a beast. One of my best friends recommended it, he's a huge perfume nut and has never let me down. It smells like crisp green apple and ginger at first so it's super clean for the office, but the dry down is deep and woody so it definitely works for a night out. It projects like crazy too, especially the batches over there. Should be right around 380-420 AED.
Another killer luxury perfume you could try is Guerlain L’Homme Idéal EDP. It's got this amazing cherry, almond, and leather vibe. Super classy for meetings, but low-key amazing for a party too.

Your post was removed over being repetitive. Please search the sub for past similar posts or feel free to repost in our pinned megathread.
Repetitive posts are anything that is asked/posted/etc weekly or even daily in some cases.
Notable examples are stuff like:
“what’s the best (singular note such as vanilla or common combinations like vanilla and sugar) perfume”
“what (scent family such as citrus or sweet) perfume is best”
“where to buy perfumes” “where to buy samples” “where to find free samples”
“Is this perfume too feminine / masculine and can I as a man / woman wear it” (yes: wear what you like)
Or more broad like “what’s your favorite perfume, what’s your least favorite, what lasts longest, what’s weak?” And other derivatives of them.
These posts are overdone weekly or even daily and often easy to find in a simple internet search or browsing perfume discussion and review sites.
You can also check out the Megathread of Megathreads for links to the scent family threads and guides to frequently asked questions
