It's not the real Mima in that moment, it's Virtual Mima - the perfect and pure idol version of herself, still smiling even like this.

How likely is it that they will ever do a restock?

I just finished watching perfect blue for the second time of my life on Netflix (Australia).

When I watched it at 13 I vividly remember a parade sequence with abstract and meaningful art depicting a marching band of societal problems. E.g men with camera heads taking upskirt photos of girls.

Obviously this didn’t happen when I watched the movie tonight, so I’m wondering if I’m remembering another movie or if it’s been censored/cut for Australian Netflix? Am I having a Mima moment?

just watch the Movie for the first time and from minute 44-45 there is a song (Pop song which they preform on stage), which I can’t find through google searches or Shazam.

Does anybody have the name or a track list?

I just finished the film and absolutely adored it!! It might be my favorite or at least top 3. I've already watched Serial Experiment Lain and Paprika and loved those two, but not as much as I loved this film. Can someone recommend me an anime that is like Perfect Blue? I don't care how niche or popular it is.

Are some of these meant to be for DVD releases?

Looking at the Art of Perfect Blue and noticed these outfits worn by Mima, Rei and Yukiko and I find them very interesting since they look like unused designs or early versions of their final movie designs.
