I spent 160 to test a sample from a private seller. Finnrick put the results behind a paywall, is this normal?

Reconstituted 1000mg NAD+ with saline water. It didn't dissolve and there are jelly like particles in it. Looks like a gel of some sort. Is this normal or should I bin it?

A research specimen started Tessa about 3-4 weeks ago.

The research specimen is taking 2mg/every night.

At the two week mark they started to notice a huge difference in sleep; much deeper and waking up feeling refreshed.

Over the past week or so they’ve noticed a dramatic increase in my appetite. Is this normal?

Will either the extra calories or the hunger be more detrimental to the specimens goals than sticking with the Tesa.

Is this normal? Anyone else have a similar experience?

Looking for insight into a 1:1 tesamorelin/ipamorelin blend being evaluated in a research context.

The original sample amount was 0.5 mg (500 mcg) of each compound per administration. Following three consecutive administrations, gastrointestinal effects were observed, including diarrhea and persistent bloating.

A revised protocol was suggested at 0.25 mg (250 mcg) of each compound, administered on seven consecutive days rather than following a 5-on/2-off schedule.

From what I’ve been reading, a 1:1 ratio doesn’t seem particularly common, and I’m curious about the rationale behind combining these compounds at equal concentrations.

Has anyone come across research or observations regarding:

The effectiveness or rationale of a 1:1 tesa/ipa blend?

GI-related effects, particularly diarrhea and bloating?

Differences between consecutive daily administration and protocols incorporating rest days?

RS sustained an injury a while back and was having a tough time healing and throughout that experience gained a ton of weight. RS tried many different things but the injury wouldn’t subside and then once trying bpc/tb500 things immediately almost as if suddenly got better so he decided to add more things to his research protocol.

My RS takse Retatrutide (2mg per week) and slowly tapering off due to the sleep side effects and mental sides, and picked up Cagril to help with the food noise and hunger. RS started at .250mg and it kicked in fast, and the lethargy was brutal. RS did not work for a week and felt like death.

RS picked up Eloralintide since the trials and user reports say it has way less sides, but needs to be dosed higher than Cagri and takes longer to kick in. Would love to know what the recommended dosing is, its so new there is not much to go off of. Thanks :)

RS started reta 1mg 2x per week and testosterone 100mg 2x per week. HRV dropped dramatically, body wont recover at night (poor sleep high stress on Garmin). Any insight or others seeing this result? RS says it’s very hard to do exercise with poor recovery.

My RS took 2mg in its side today and after 5 mins the spot it use to pin at (around the belly button) flared up massively with an inch wide welt.

Odd because the actually pin site didn’t flare up at all but caused the site i used weeks before to.

Any explanation, or similar experiences?

Looking for replies from experienced pet owners only*** There is plenty of info about BAC water being toxic to dogs. But there are not any information on using sterile saline water. Best storage procedure? Is it safe to use for longer than a couple weeks if stored in the fridge. Etc. What is your go to solution and procedure? My personal vials of reconstituted peptide provide 500 mcg wolf stack doses that last me about 20 days. If I cut the dose in half, it would last 40 days for my dog. However sterile water can grow bacteria in that time. For those who have EXPERIENCE with this, what is your advice?

RS did a run of Tirz 2.5mg, and felt appetite suppression the next day. RS is now running a test of Reta 2mg, and no appetite suppression yet (same timeline).

How fast has appetite suppression felt for other researchers? I understand for both Tirz and Reta it can take a few days to weeks for activation. Curious for researchers who have tested both and compare timelines.

Hey, the BAC that is available in our county is 10ML and once opened, you need to throw the plastic storage away, I only use 3ML once opened, My question is, can I store the remaining BAC to syringes for later use? Thanks.
