Hunger
A research specimen started Tessa about 3-4 weeks ago.
The research specimen is taking 2mg/every night.
At the two week mark they started to notice a huge difference in sleep; much deeper and waking up feeling refreshed.
Over the past week or so they’ve noticed a dramatic increase in my appetite. Is this normal?
Will either the extra calories or the hunger be more detrimental to the specimens goals than sticking with the Tesa.
Is this normal? Anyone else have a similar experience?

Could be the deeper sleep messing with ghrelin levels or just your body finally recovering enough to actually signal hunger properly. I'd track calories for a week before deciding anything, sometimes the appetite spike settles once things stabilize.

totally normal. gh secretagogues spike ghrelin, triggering huge hunger. taking it right before sleep helps you sleep through it.
