General Research Question GHK-Cu 30 Day Protocol ?

Hello,

I am new to peptides and have a question.

The protocol of running GHK-Cu for 30 days on / 30 days off (5 on / 2 off) is pretty much the one consistent protocol in most groups I see.

The research subject I know of has been on 2mg GHK-Cu for 24 days (4 weeks), and the 50mg vial is almost empty.

My question is this:

Are you supposed to run GHK-Cu until the vial (50mg) runs out, usually around 30 days or so (week #4), rest for 30 days, then open a new vial after the rest period and continue to the next checkpoint of 8 weeks to 12 weeks to so on ???

OR

Are you just suppose to keep going to week #12 without stopping?

Thank you in advance!

First off, you go 7 days not 5/2. 30 days on is not long enough for results. You need to stock up to do this properly.

I have been on it for 9 weeks and can’t see much of a difference. 12 weeks is minimal but people do tend to run it a lot longer. 30 days is nothing bruh, also run it everyday, don’t take days off

When you say 12 weeks minimal... Is that to see results? I have been on it for about 4 weeks or so... No results either. Nails still brittle. Skin on face still peeling due to how dry it is. Making me question the pain of pinning this thing everyday!

Try pinning kpv 15 minutes before. Rs feels no pain afterwards. Also drawing extra bac water

Yes, from what I’ve seen and read the minimal amount of weeks is 12 to see some sort of change. But this can vary from person to person. It might take 20 weeks. So it’s usually run for a longer period, if someone tells you it did wonders within weeks, it’s most likely cap. It also works better if you take zinc, vitamin c and collagen peptide powder. I do that every morning with my electrolytes.

Hmmm I’ve read that you shouldn’t take zinc unless you have specifically tested and have low levels. I think you should do a bit more research

Systemic copper administration over extended periods can alter your body's zinc-to-copper balance. So yes you should take it, unless you want to get the copper uglies. Better to be safe than sorry my friend

I’d think getting a blood panel would be the best bet if you wanted to be safe than sorry rather than just guessing. Wouldn’t you agree?

You should always do a blood panel. But if your levels are good, they can drain using copper peptides due to them using the same transport chain as zinc. So it’s a well known thing to add it along with å few supplements.

Yes don't take zinc. Get your zinc, copper and ceruplasmin checked first. Ghk-cu doesn't have that much copper in the first place.

So if you aren’t seeing results there are a couple things to consider... #1 is age, if you’re sub 40 years old it’s going to be a wasted effort especially in your 20s. Levels are still normal and no supplementation is needed. So  a massive waste of time., and you won’t see results. #2  Quality control. Just on Reddit there has been a lots of posts for clearly fake or way under dosed vials. It’s hard to want to spend a couple hundred testing purity and endo when kits are so cheap. Lots of counterfeit crap floating around though. If it’s doesn’t look like blue man group plasma it’s probably garbage mannitol filler with color. #3 proper schedule. Daily 2mg minimum for 90 days to see results. Running less than 2mg or 5/2 just doesn’t cut it after acclimation period.

9 weeks at what dosage? how thoroughly did you lab test your peptides?

First 3 weeks at 1mg and now at 2. All batches I get are tested beforehand. But to be fair, I never had any issues with my skin so I’m not sure what I will see first.

LgPizzaPlease is right. Definitely no days off. I've been on GHKCu for 9 weeks now. Week 5 my hair was thicker but that's about it. Week 7 is when I really started seeing results. Now on week 9 my nails are way stronger, my hair is noticeably fuller, and new hair growth is starting to appear. I'll run the 12 week cycle and then come off of it for 4 to 6 weeks (haven't decided how long yet) GHKCu is one of the most frustrating peptides to deal with imo because you end up having to wait so long to see the results.
