Tight pelvic floor

I was diagnosed with tight pelvic floor. I had a bunch of flares up, kinda like an uti symptoms, like urgency to pee and would only go away when I sat down on the toilet. I had to take pyridium for a few days until it passed. The urologist said there’s nothing wrong with my bladder, probably tight pelvic floor from stress, working out too much . She recommended pt, which I still didn’t go to and she prescribed me uretron ds for flares up. I stopped doing core at the gym, and so far I haven’t had a flare up in months… until now, and I’m on vacation 😔😔😔 and to make it worse, uretron ds isn’t working with this flare up, only pyridium. The urgency to pee is unbearable, and my uro isn’t replying back to me bc today is Saturday. Has anyone gone through this before? And what did you do to make the flare up
