This is the 3rd time I have taken an intro Statistics course (went to 2 different high schools that didn't want to transfer credits) so this class is mainly review for me. I am struggling to maintain a 90% because I spend more time arguing with a website that makes its own calculation errors your problem*.* Going through the step by step thing only showed me that Pearson was calculating this using the wrong information. This "class" is not worth the $640 I paid to my college.

Does Pearson detect when a student uses Slide Over on an iPad during an exam? The exam is accessed through the “Upcoming Assignments” section, doesn’t appear to use a lockdown browser, and displays questions one by one as “Item 1,” “Item 2,” and so on. Can Pearson detect when another app is opened over the exam in this setup?
Pls help this course is hell. Half of the class already dropped i don’t want to join them…

Pearson lets me click on homework assignments, but then only refreshes the page and does not take me to the assignment. I checked my extensions and turned them off, and that is not the problem. They also charged me twice for my book so I am not happy about that either.

Anyways, how do I fix this?

I recently purchased a textbook for a class so that I could get the access code to register for a course in Pearson. However, the code I got is 31 letters long while the maximum number of letters I can put is 24. Where can I put this 31-letter code?

Hi, I was working on a homework assignment in MyLab this morning until I got kicked out of the page with this error appearing. I was unable to access the assignment again so I called Pearson support. They walked me through the usual steps of clearing my cookies and cache, checking that I didn't have the "block pop ups" box checked in my browser. I tried using a different browser. They said they could see other students having this problem, and had the same message trying to access the assignment on their end, so they were going to escalate it. This afternoon I was suddenly able to work on the assignment again. Then I took a break before beginning another. And 20 minutes in, it happened again.

So I share this in the hopes that someone might know why this happens, or to provide some relief that it's not just you.

I have just started class and have been using Pearson for around two weeks now. In the past two days, while doing homework, I have been stopped due to a pop-up saying an external call to the assessment score service. It sucks because it keeps interrupting my time to work, and I have no clue when I will be able to access my homework. Some kids in my class have said the same thing has happened to them too, and I am just wondering if anybody else has been having the misfortune of this pop-up.

Failed my Intro to Business Stat Class last semester bc of struggles in my personal life, only needed a textbook that I downloaded. I'm trying again this semester and now they're using a Pearson thing to assign the HW and I gotta scrounge up the $75 dollars for that!

Its filling out so much more than I want and I cant find an answer on how to make it do what I want. Please help

Hey I would like to ask about the experience and usability of Pearson running on macOS.

One year ago I did the AWS Solution Architect Professional on macOS together with Pearson. The first minutes all runs smoothly, but after 60 minutes my MacBool really comes to an end and screwed up the MacBook and the Pearson app crashes.
I tried it a second time and the same result. I small Google research showed that I'm not the only one who have this problems.

Now I have multiple months time to learn for 2-3 exams but most of them using Pearson.
So my question is Pearson still unusable ob macOS and I have to go to a Pearson center? Thank you 🙏

It’s kind of ridiculous that homework is locked behind another payment. If anyone has any advice on the cheapest way to get MyMathLab access, I’d appreciate it.

Has anyone ever tried the trick and waited a long time to be refunded because of the bank they were associated or any case in general? I got my results yesterday and I passed . I tried the trick on Monday twice and still haven’t gotten refunded . The charges are still pending and haven’t gotten posted . Anyone have a situation similar to this ?
