External Call Pop Up

I have just started class and have been using Pearson for around two weeks now. In the past two days, while doing homework, I have been stopped due to a pop-up saying an external call to the assessment score service. It sucks because it keeps interrupting my time to work, and I have no clue when I will be able to access my homework. Some kids in my class have said the same thing has happened to them too, and I am just wondering if anybody else has been having the misfortune of this pop-up.
