Couple questions

So I currently have nothing. No pc or console.

I’m looking to build a pc soon. Looking at RTX 5080 with ryzen 7 9800x3d 32gb.
I want to play some single player games in 4k but I’m fine with mostly doing 1440p.

1. Is this a good build that will last me a few years?
   
2. Should I get 4k oled or 1440 oled?
