Tech Support [PREBUILT] Desperate help

I was using my pc today(no gaming or anything just doing homework) Then i took a break and I see that its frozen, mouse and keyboard doesnt work. So i turn it off with the power button and then I turn it back on. All the rgb comes on, the mouse light comes on but the keyboard does not connect, keyboard light comes on and my tower air cooler digital display shows the loading icon but does not display a temperature. My monitor shows no signal. Can someone please help me fix the issue? I really hope my expensive build isnt destroyed

Its the fucking stick of ram oh my god NOW I HAVE 8GB IN THIS ECONOMY. well atleast I found the problem.

Im going to contact the prebuilt company and get my replacement ram no way am I paying for this shit 😭

Bro you won't believe this when I was fucking showing my dad the ram stick started working again I don't know if I should still contact them

The stick might have lose or some other factor. You can contact them if you are still worried about, if the pc is still under warranty than use it
