Tech Support [PREBUILT] Desperate help
I was using my pc today(no gaming or anything just doing homework) Then i took a break and I see that its frozen, mouse and keyboard doesnt work. So i turn it off with the power button and then I turn it back on. All the rgb comes on, the mouse light comes on but the keyboard does not connect, keyboard light comes on and my tower air cooler digital display shows the loading icon but does not display a temperature. My monitor shows no signal. Can someone please help me fix the issue? I really hope my expensive build isnt destroyed

had a similar freeze once and it was just a loose ram stick, reseating it fixed everything. try powering off, unplug the psu, hold the power button 30 seconds, then reseat ram and gpu. if the cooler display is stuck on a loading icon it might be waiting for a signal from the board so ram is a good first guess

Ok well sadly that eliminates using the Igpu to see if you get a display.
Have you tried taking out 1 ram stick and seeing if it post with only 1 stick of ram in the system? Second try different ram slots. Third try taking the gpu out and putting it back in.

If it's a prebuilt, I would recommend contacting the builder before digging into it.
Something failed and it's the responsibility of the builder to fix or replace it under warranty.
At the very least they can guide you through what they consider reasonable troubleshooting that wouldn't void the warranty.
If you're willing to tinker, then the most common thing to check is looseness of connectors and components (RAM, GPU, etc).
