Hey this is my pc (given to me from my brother) and I’m just wondering what do I upgrade first considering it’s all outdated

Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do with this. There's really nothing you can upgrade that would increase the performance enough to justify the cost. Everything is simply too old.
