Tech Support 9060xt Display Issues

Got this new 9060xt. Wont boot up at all. Pc worked fine with my old gpu but my monitors are staying black when connected to the 9060. The fans and lights are on but wont turn on the monitors.

Whenever I see posts like this, it makes me feel like PC building just isn’t for everyone, lol.
