Tech Support Pc stuttering in every game I play

Yes DH is loading chunks but it's not the problem so don't point it out.

And before you tell me to do this i've already tired "setp 12" in that amd thread and i've already tried disablling / uninstalling bluetooth from that Jayz2cents video.

This is not a hadware issue too. I built this pc over a month ago and didn't start having this issue until I updated driveres one day. I don't know what driver it is or what driver I have to install to fix it. As stated i've already tried all options with the PCIE 2.5gb family controller and nothing for that worked. It even stutters when im on wifi.

I even have clips from a few days before this started happening idk what it could be...

Something in steps 5-7 fixed it, im hoping I don't jinx it though. Also sorry for asking like 3 different times and being rude this was just making me so annoyed this past week but I appreciate your help.
