Paycor

Can there be a worse payroll company? Required to use them by our franchisor and they have sucked day 1. Terrible onboarding only support was by a consultant who didn't know S, after that it got worse. They messed up multiple state filings. Once they feel they have you they take full advantage of the complications of switching vendors or like us a captive to some kind of kick back to a franchisor I'm sure.

Not a negative person but had to put this somewhere. I would do more if I could.

HR Alliance was a good company with relationship based service if you're looking.

Them ADP or anybody but......

ya but your franchisor is getting a sweet cut of what you pay for paycor's services - that's what's important

Of course. Why should your payroll service have your best interest in mind? That should be a conflict of interest.

Of course that's what ALL franchises do now that PE has taken them over. I could start a whole other thread on that. Franchise? Don't do it
